- What's been changed, graphically?
Everything! I really wanted to change the face of NES Castlevania with this hack. Nothing, and I mean *!NOTHING!* has been ripped or taken from other Castlevania's.... the graphics you see here are 100% original. ;)
- The Music?
The music is slightly re-arranged. Although improved to some degree, nothing spectacular.
- Level Structure.
Now I think good "level structure" can be more important than graphics....
I mean, a hack can look great, but if the level design is shitty then the fun-factor pretty much dies. And if there is one thing I hate, it's a poorly-done Castlevania hack with an impassable 1st stage.
- Character Design.
Enemies and weapons have been redrawn to be more accurate is size; that is to say skeletons with gigantic, over-sized heads are gone!
- Palette.
Yes, the new palette is darker; ugly, even.... but SO WHAT? It's my friggin' hack and if I want a dark Palette consisting of only a few colors, then so be it! :P
Afterall, I would much rather make a Castlevania hack with a few good colors, as opposed to a CV hack with dozens of crummy neon eye-sores!
Anyway, you should stop reading this and PLAY THE GAME!!! :)
